Afloia Q10 Review: 2-in-1 Purifier and Dehumidifier Specs, Status and Alternatives
The Afloia Q10 paired a small H13 HEPA purifier with a mini dehumidifier. It now appears unavailable. Here are its verified specs and what to buy instead.

The Afloia Q10 is a small 2-in-1: an H13 HEPA air purifier and a thermoelectric mini dehumidifier in one 13-inch box. It appears to be discontinued. Afloia no longer lists it, and the Amazon US listing shows “Currently unavailable.” It suited very small rooms (Afloia says 108 to 161 sq ft for purifying) that needed only a little moisture pulled out of the air. If you’re shopping now, we’d buy a CARB-certified HEPA purifier with a published CADR and, for a damp room, a separate dehumidifier.
This is a research-based overview, built from Afloia’s own manual, its Amazon listings, the CARB and AHAM directories and one independent review site.
Afloia Q10 specs at a glance
| Spec | Afloia Q10 | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Type | HEPA purifier + thermoelectric (Peltier) dehumidifier; each can run separately | Manual |
| Purifier filter | One box-shaped H13 HEPA filter | Manual |
| CADR | Not published; Afloia is not in the AHAM directory | AHAM |
| Purifying area | 108 to 161 sq ft (10 to 15 m²), basis not stated | Manual |
| Dehumidifying area | 215 sq ft (20 m²); the Amazon listing says 180 sq ft | Manual, Amazon |
| Noise | 30 to 45 dB (manual); 25 to 45 dB (Amazon listing) | Afloia |
| Power | 45 W rated, 120 V 60 Hz | Manual |
| Filter replacement | Every 3 to 6 months; don’t wash or vacuum | Manual |
| Ionizer | None; CARB certified as Mechanical (EO G-20-086) | CARB |
| Controls | 3 fan speeds, 2/4/8 h timer, filter-replace light, auto-off when the tank is full | Manual |
| Size and weight | 7.6 x 7.6 x 13 in, 5.9 lb | Manual |
A few details from the manual are worth knowing if you still own one. It runs between 41 and 122 °F (5 to 50 °C). The tank can drain through a hose, but the stopper isn’t included. Afloia’s support address in the manual is [email protected].
Is the Afloia Q10 still available?
As of October 2026, no. The Q10 isn’t in Afloia’s online store, and Amazon’s US listing (B08BBYPZQJ) shows it as currently unavailable. Afloia hasn’t published a discontinuation notice, so you may still see leftover units from other sellers. We’d be cautious about buying one: there is no current official price, and replacement filters may become harder to find.
If you already own a Q10, its filter was sold on Amazon as the Afloia “Efficient Filter for Q10” (a reseller lists the part as Q10-F). Replace it every 3 to 6 months, and don’t wash or vacuum it, per the manual.
How well did it purify and dehumidify?
The honest answer is that Afloia never published the numbers you’d need to judge.
- Purifying: there’s no CADR, so there’s no way to check Afloia’s 108 to 161 sq ft claim. For comparison, AHAM’s rule of thumb asks for a smoke CADR of at least two-thirds of the floor area, so a 161 sq ft room would need about 107 cfm. Our air purifier size calculator does that math for any room.
- Dehumidifying: Afloia’s manual contradicts itself. One section gives 16 oz a day with a 35 oz tank; another gives a 1,000 mL tank and 750 mL a day at 86 °F (30 °C) and 80% relative humidity.
- Independent measurements: AirPurifierFirst, a third-party review site that measures purifiers, recorded 50.6 to 60.8 dBA (louder than Afloia’s figures), 7.8 W for the purifier alone and another 35.5 W with the dehumidifier on. It collected at most 26 mL of water a day and rated the Q10’s filtration poorly against other purifiers.
That points to a device that does a little of two jobs rather than either job well.
Who the Afloia Q10 suited
The Q10 made sense for a very small room, such as a compact bedroom or home office, where you wanted light filtration and a modest drop in humidity from a single plug. It had no ionizer, a simple control panel and a small footprint.
It was never a basement or whole-room dehumidifier. EPA recommends keeping indoor humidity below 60%, ideally 30% to 50%, and says moisture control is the key to mold control. A damp basement needs a real dehumidifier sized for the space; see our basement air purifier guide and our explainer on ideal indoor humidity.
What about the Afloia Mage?
We couldn’t verify the Mage. It was CARB-certified (EO G-20-098, May 2020), but it’s no longer on Afloia’s store and we found no official spec page. We’d treat it like the Q10: an older model you’re unlikely to find new.
What Afloia sells now
Afloia’s store currently lists the Kilo, Kilo Plus, Kilo Pro, Miro Pro, Europa, Fillo and TEFNUT, plus humidifiers. Afloia models on CARB’s certified list include the Kilo and Kilo Plus, Miro Pro, Europa, TEFNUT, Samo and Mars. Of all of them, only the Afloia Kilo appears in the current ENERGY STAR list.
Afloia’s current 2-in-1s, the Kilo Pro and Miro Pro, are purifier and humidifier combos. They add moisture, which is the opposite of what the Q10’s dehumidifier did. The Kilo Pro, for example, has an evaporative wick module that Afloia rates at 150 mL an hour with a 1.9 L tank and no humidistat, and the humidifier can’t run without the purifier fan. So it is not a Q10 replacement. If dry air is your problem, our guide to air purifier humidifier combos compares it with other 2-in-1s.
Alternatives to the Afloia Q10
For the purifier half, these are current, CARB-certified models from our verified database that publish a CADR. For the dehumidifier half, buy a dedicated dehumidifier sized for your room; we haven’t added verified dehumidifier models to our database yet.
Levoit Core 300-P
The closest like-for-like purifier for a small bedroom, with much more verified airflow. The AHAM directory lists 139 cfm smoke, 156 dust and 155 pollen CADR for its model code, enough for about 215 sq ft. It has a three-stage filter with activated carbon, no advertised ionizer and a 24 to 54.5 dB range per Levoit, and sells for under $100. AHAM labels its filter “HEPA-Type,” and Levoit doesn’t publish a replacement interval.

For a slightly bigger room: Winix’s spec table, labelled AHAM Verifide, gives 147 cfm smoke CADR and 246 sq ft. It has an air-quality sensor with Auto mode and a one-piece filter (Filter O) Winix rates for about 12 months. Its PlasmaWave ionizing feature can be switched off with a dedicated button. It’s under $100 only on sale.

Our verdict
The Afloia Q10 was a small HEPA purifier with a very modest dehumidifier attached, and it’s now hard to find. We’d skip leftover stock. Two separate devices, a CARB-certified purifier with a published CADR and a properly sized dehumidifier, will do both jobs better and are easier to maintain.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Afloia Q10 discontinued?
It appears so. Afloia's store no longer lists it, and the Amazon US listing showed 'Currently unavailable' in October 2026. We found no official discontinuation statement.
Does the Afloia Q10 have a HEPA filter?
Yes. Afloia's manual describes a single box-shaped H13 HEPA filter. Whether it also has a pre-filter or carbon layer is unclear, because Afloia's filter listing and third-party reviews disagree.
How often should you replace the Afloia Q10 filter?
Every 3 to 6 months, according to the manual and Afloia's filter listing. The manual says not to wash the filter or clean it with a vacuum cleaner.
Can the Afloia Q10 dehumidify a basement?
We wouldn't count on it. Afloia rates the dehumidifier for about 215 sq ft, its own capacity figures conflict, and an independent review site collected at most 26 mL of water a day.
Does the Afloia Q10 produce ozone?
It has no ionizer, and CARB certified it as a mechanical air cleaner (Executive Order G-20-086, April 2020).
